3 - You should eat sugary foods in the limit, and take food such as salty snacks, white bread. A lot of sugary foods containing large amounts of calories from fat and called dense.

4 - You should out animal fat. It contains high fat, the groom cholesterol levels and also has bad health effects. You should choose low-calorie foods from animals.

5 - Eat white meat like fish and nuts, healthy diet that contains your body needs. The white meat is much more beneficial for patients and normal people.
