Due to high demand for health food, manufacturers try to trick you into thinking that poor diet is healthy in an attempt to steal your money so hard cattle.

Orange Juice. How can a humble staple breakfast unhealthy products. Yes fresh oranges are a great source of vitamins and are good for you, but the orange juice can be a murderer.
Why? Commercial orange juice and is made in plants massive transformation. These plants absorb large quantities of oranges whole and crush them. Unfortunately, this means that the skins are crushed in the process. (More then be used for animal feed)
That's a problem because of all pesticides in the orange peel! These chemicals are mixed in their juice. These chemicals are inhibitors of the hill. That means that interfere with the brain's ability to handle memory and images. Indeed, commercial orange juice is a toxin that affects the brain. Stay away!

Breakfast Cereals
Breakfast cereals are often seen as the breakfast of champions "and this is exactly what the ads tell you.
Do not fall into the trap!
Cereals are made of grain-based dough. This pulp is nearly zero because the nutrients and minerals that contain fiber hulls of grains have been already removed. In addition, allergy to grains is very high, especially amongst the Caucasian population.
An experiment at the University of Michigan involved 18 rats. They were divided into three groups: one group received cornflakes and water, the second group was fed with water and the cardboard box it came with corn flakes, the control group received rat chow and water.
The control group was fine. The rats eating the box were malnourished, of course, and eventually died. However, rats that received the flakes corn and water died before the rats that ate the box! (The last corn flake rat died the day the first box rat died.)
Also died horrifically, including schizophrenic behavior, seizures, convulsions and biting.
The conclusion is that the corn flakes box is more nutritious the popcorn!
