What is a good diet to lose weight for an 18 year old?
I do not need to lose a huge amount, but I need to lose 40 pounds to be in the right weight for my height. I'm trying to be healthy, bu I stopped smoking just can not find the right diet.
In forty pounds which is to be a combination of things. Do not feel anxious though, because, like losing weight is easier and easier to maintain. The combination that I would use is the restriction of calories, cardio, and resistance training (weight lifting.) will be difficult at first and was pain every day, but that is the only way to reach the weight you want to be. An excellent source used was Jillian Michaels book ….. seriously. Make sure you do not starve yourself. This only works if your metabolism is healthy. The good news is, if you are overweight, you will drop pounds fast enough. Gaining muscle is the target # 1. Muscles burn calories more than fat.
